Cuvee Madame is the Queen of Rosé. To the the eyes she is graceful peach, to the nose expressive elegance. Her head is steeped in the Burgundian fine wine-making tradition while her heart is dancing to the playful rhythms of Côtes de Provence. Cuve Madame stands unique as a full-bodied rose wine.
Cultivated with care, her blend of Mourvèdre, Syrah, Cinsault and Grenache grapes undergoes meticulous winemaking. They’re harvested in Provence at first sunlight to undergo a four hour long cold skin maceration, followed by a long stainless steel fermentation. This makes each sip of Cuvee Madame unveil a royal flush of flavors. Ranging from the tender sweetness of peach, the alluring touch of rose petal, and the bright zest of citrus fruits.
