Cultivated with care, her blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, and Carignan grapes undergoes meticulous winemaking. They’re harvested in Provence at first sunlight to undergo a four hour long cold old skin maceration, followed by a long stainless steel fermentation. This makes each sip of Cuvee Madame unveil a royal flush of flavors. Ranging from the tender sweetness of peach, the alluring touch of rose petal, and the bright zest of citrus fruits.
